Welcome to Advent with Saltbush! Advent is the season leading up to Christmas where we ponder both the watching and waiting of those who longed for God’s new coming into the world and the struggle of many to believe or even perceive what God was doing in the birth of Jesus. “From the Fig tree learn its lesson” (Mark 13: 24-37) is our first reading in Advent and an invitation to us all to dwell deeply in God’s enduring presence in our lives and in our world.
